Bobbi Young

Bobbi Young is Chief Executive Officer for By Lawyers.

Bobbi joined LEAP in 2002 as an Implementation Consultant and gained valuable years of experience in consulting, sales, client sales and quality roles before progressing to senior leadership roles where she led teams focused on achieving new business development, client retention, help desk support, marketing initiatives and the LEAP Partner Network, comprising external consultants for product implementation and training, bookkeeping, and IT infrastructure.

Bobbi is responsible for the overall business performance of LEAP’s Publishing assets along with delivering the key initiatives of international expansion pertaining to strategy, product innovation and design, and operations.

Bobbi was responsible for setting up the By Lawyers business in the United Kingdom as it expanded internationally for the first time. In just over 2 years, she grew By Lawyers in the UK to 6,000 users with strong usage adoption. More than 23,000 people use By Lawyers products each day.

Before joining LEAP, Bobbi worked at several SME law firms in paralegal and operations roles for 10 years.

Bobbi is dedicated to helping law firms work more productively and enjoyably through the convergence of legally drafted content and technology.
