Business Systems Manager
Chris Chahinian is LEAP's Global Business Systems Manager. Chris leads the internal systems team and oversees the development and management of sales, service, marketing, billing and analytics systems worldwide.
Since joining LEAP, Chris has been a key contributor to the company's internal processes, with an excellent track record of delivering the best outcomes for LEAP. He has overseen the automation of over a thousand business processes, streamlining the work of both his team and other departments.
Chris implemented LEAP's very first CRM platform which climbed from a single user to 300, and over 10 integrated products. He was also responsible for the creation of a global financial metrics dashboard that allows global teams to easily track financial performance of LEAP companies.
Chris joined LEAP in 2007 as the graphic and web designer. In 2014, he transitioned to Systems Engineer. Chris has over 10 years' experience understanding the businesses requirements. He is Salesforce certified and holds a diploma in software administration, web design and digital media.
