Christine Ivankovic

Christine Ivankovic is LEAP's Chief Career Development Officer, reporting directly to Richard Hugo-Hamman. Christine is responsible for overseeing the design and development of programs that nurture, grow and mobilize LEAP’s talent globally. Christine is responsible for the recruitment of senior executive hires, executive remuneration, and leadership development.

Christine joined LEAP Australia in 2018 with over 10 years’ experience working with senior stakeholders to manage all aspects of the business and employee life cycle within the Professional Services and Technology industries.

Christine is a commercially driven HR professional, passionate about driving business outcomes through the development and execution of people strategies in complex, fast-paced environments.

Christine graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and was recognized as a Finalist in the HR Manager of the Year category in the 2019 HRD Awards.
