Rachel Grantham

Rachel Grantham is the Global Chief Operating Officer of LEAP, with over 20 years’ international experience in Finance, Risk Management, and Strategy. Rachel joined LEAP in September 2019 as the Global Chief Financial Officer, being responsible for Finance, Capital Raising, Legal, and Mergers & Acquisition activity for the group.  She was promoted to the position of Global COO in August 2022, where she plays a key role in supporting the ongoing growth of the LEAP group globally. 

Prior to joining LEAP, Rachel held senior management roles at Macquarie, Commonwealth Bank, Perpetual, and Deloitte.

Rachel holds a Master of Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
